Tommy Vandesteene

Tommy Vandesteene serves as both the IT Director and Operations Director at Maybell Industries, a dual role he has embraced since the company’s inception. Known as the company’s “Swiss Army knife,” Tommy adeptly balances multiple responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations across departments. A Navy Submarine Veteran, he brings deep logistics experience from his service, where he managed the secure movement of missiles and torpedoes at the weapons station in Groton, CT. Outside of work, Tommy is a proud grandfather of six—with a seventh on the way—and enjoys spending time with his wife, their two dogs, and traveling.
