With a decade of experience in the food industry, holding roles ranging from dishwasher to management, Dylan brings a well-rounded work ethic and dedication to his position at Maybell.

Dylan joined Maybell in a unique way—when his brother called him needing help, he jumped in the next day. Since then, he has excelled, earning recognition as Carrier of the Year for GOP and Team Player of the Year at Maybell. Known for his approachable demeanor, strong listening skills, and ability to connect with others, Dylan is now expanding his skillset by learning sales with the goal of bringing on his own customers this year.

What Dylan values most about Maybell is the supportive work environment and the camaraderie with his coworkers, whom he considers family. He is driven by the endless possibilities for success and the pride of providing for his own family while making his boss proud.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys gaming with friends, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his family. A loyal, hardworking, and caring father and husband, he finds joy in relaxing with sports, gaming, and life’s simple pleasures.

Dylan is a fan of The Lord of the Rings series and the TV show It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. His dream vacation destinations include exploring the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand, Hawaii, and Alaska.
