Brian Espadas serves as both an Account Manager and Operations Manager at Maybell, where he ensures customer needs are met while supporting the team in making those needs a reality. With a background that includes some college education and experience as an electrician, Brian embarked on the exciting journey of learning the logistics industry, which he views as critical to keeping the world moving forward.
A lifelong learner, Brian brings strong interpersonal skills to his role, making customers feel comfortable and confident in working with him. His ability to adapt and connect with anyone has been key to his success in delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to Maybell’s customers.
What Brian enjoys most about his work is the opportunity to interact with customers and make the workplace fun, even in what could otherwise be a stagnant environment. He is motivated by the satisfaction of knowing their work meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Outside of work, Brian loves to travel, with a deep appreciation for the vastness of the world and the limited time we have to explore it. An outgoing and approachable individual, he thrives on making connections and embracing new experiences.
