Alex Elizondo serves as Maybell’s Business Development Manager, focusing on cultivating both new and existing customer relationships. After graduating high school, Alex began his career as a full-time personal trainer, eventually becoming a sales manager at the gym, where he discovered his passion for sales and building connections. Seeking to scale his skillset, he transitioned into the logistics industry, a journey that ultimately led him to Maybell.

During his time at Maybell, Alex has earned numerous accolades, including Exceptional Salesman and multiple Salesman of the Month awards. His role has expanded his expertise in critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and negotiation—skills that have strengthened his impact within the team and with customers.


What Alex values most about Maybell is the family-oriented culture that has been present since its inception. He is inspired by the opportunity to build relationships, connecting with a wide variety of people, which aligns perfectly with his love for creating meaningful connections.


Alex’s favorite mantra, “Every day above ground is a good day,” reflects his positive outlook on life. His favorite book, Think and Grow Rich, highlights his commitment to growth and success in both personal and professional realms.
